Default judgments and judgments

What can a creditor do after it gets a judgment?

Short answer

It can try to collect from non-exempt property: garnish bank accounts, record an abstract of judgment to create a lien on non-exempt real estate, seek a turnover order or receiver, and ask you questions about your assets.
